One Stop Contractor is a brand owned and operated by Brennan Davidson LLC ("we", "us", "our"), an Arizona limited liability company. We operate onestopcontractor.io and the related funnel pages including /hvac, /hvac/book, /hvac/guide, /hvac/onboarding, and /hvac/not-qualified, and provide marketing and lead-generation services for HVAC companies.

2. What we collect

When you submit a form on our site we collect:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, business name.
• Business information: approximate monthly revenue range, service area, hours of operation, ad account identifiers (when voluntarily provided during onboarding).
• Calendar / appointment data: selected appointment time and timezone.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via standard analytics if enabled).

3. How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Schedule and manage your strategy call.
• Communicate with you about our services via email, SMS, and phone.
• Build and operate marketing campaigns on your behalf if you become a client.
• Improve our services and measure marketing performance.

4. SMS / text messaging

If you provide a phone number through one of our forms, our chat widget, or our calendar booker, you consent to receive text messages from One Stop Contractor at the number provided. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

Types of messages you may receive: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, customer service responses, and occasional marketing messages about our services.

Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us, typically up to 10 messages per month.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received.

Opting out: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS communications. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts.

Help: reply HELP for assistance, and you will receive a message containing our contact information.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers.

SMS data sharing: No mobile information, phone number, or SMS opt-in/consent data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing for SMS purposes is limited strictly to the subprocessors that help us deliver the messages you have consented to receive (e.g., our messaging platform Twilio, operating through GoHighLevel).

5. Email communications

By submitting your email you consent to receive emails from One Stop Contractor relating to your inquiry, your account, and our services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

6. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Specifically, we do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or opt-in data with any third party under any circumstances.

We share information only with:

• Service providers (subprocessors) who help us operate the business — CRM and SMS platform (GoHighLevel / Twilio), email delivery, calendar, analytics, and payment processing — and only to the extent needed to deliver the services you have requested.
• Legal authorities when required by law.
• A successor entity in the event of a sale, merger, or acquisition. SMS opt-in data does not transfer to any successor entity for marketing or promotional purposes without renewed consent.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time by emailing brennan@onestopcontractor.io.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Residents of California, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws have additional rights under their respective laws.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve site performance, remember preferences, and measure ad campaigns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
