1. Acceptance of terms

One Stop Contractor is a brand owned and operated by Brennan Davidson LLC ("we", "us", "our"), an Arizona limited liability company located at 4311 E Lone Cactus Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85050. By accessing and using onestopcontractor.io (the "Site") and any related services we provide, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services we offer

We provide marketing, lead generation, and ad campaign management services for HVAC contractors. The specific scope of any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to submit any inquiry, book a call, or enter into an agreement with us.

4. Forms and submissions

Any information you submit through our forms must be accurate and current. We may rely on this information to qualify you, schedule calls, and decide whether to engage with you.

5. Communications consent

By submitting a form on this Site, using our chat widget, or booking a call through our calendar, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS / text message, and phone at the contact details provided. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

SMS messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, customer service responses, and occasional marketing about our services. Message frequency varies (typically up to 10 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

6. Payments and refunds

Service fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are governed by the engagement agreement signed by both parties. Performance guarantees (e.g., "60 booked estimates in 90 days or you don't pay") are defined and enforced by that agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the videos, copy, design, and code, is owned by or licensed to One Stop Contractor. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. No professional advice

The Site provides general information about our services. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or business advice. Any decisions you make based on Site content are your sole responsibility.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Stop Contractor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
